I cannot say enough wonderful things about my experience with this clinic and the incredible team. A huge thank you to Dr. Maher Ghattas for the care and compassion he has shown me as I continue to deal with back and neck pain, along with ongoing concussion symptoms. From the moment I first spoke with him, he was incredibly personable, caring, and genuinely wanted to help. That meant more to me than I can express. Mikee also deserves special recognition. She is truly one of the most helpful people I have dealt with. She consistently goes above and beyond to make everything easier, whether it’s booking appointments, helping navigate insurance, or simply making sure things are taken care of. Her kindness, patience, and willingness to help never go unnoticed. Lastly, I had the most incredible massage with Serena. She took the time to really listen to my concerns and understand exactly what I wanted and needed from the massage. She did an absolutely amazing job. Every experience I have had with this clinic has been top-notch. The level of care, compassion, professionalism, and genuine kindness from the entire team is exceptional. I am incredibly grateful to have found them and would highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for a team that truly cares about their patients.

My first opportunity to attend Alevia for an assessment of back and muscle discomfort was exceptional. Front staff very professional and helpful. Physiotherapist Katrina was thorough in her examination and provided information and exercise program. I felt very comfortable during the entire visit and was able to ask questions as needed.

To the Alevia team.. You have been taken care of me for 6 weeks and you are the best . When I went to physio I was not anticipating that I would like going I was suffering with shoulder pain for a long time Dr there are great the staff was great helped me to get better . I would recommend Alevia to anyone how needs it.
