Since the management changed, the food has been more than exceptional. I haven’t been there for a long time so I was pleasantly surprised at the change. Just something as basic as a sweet corn chicken soup had a distinct difference, subtle but awesome, the gaajar halwa, yummy. Channa Bhatura, the channa was exceptional…a different taste. Then we’re had the tandoori chicken platter, each style of chicken was excellent. The service was excellent…prices…total value for money. I’d definitely go there again and I totally recommend it. 🙂👏👏
This is our favourite take out spot in town. My fiancé and I just shared another lovely meal and couldn’t be more satisfied. We love how the meals are always exactly the same and always overflowing with food. Would recommend to all of our friends!
Good place, food tastes decent. Few dishes are really good. All the dishes are not expensive compare to the quantity they serve.
I am frequently let down by the minuscule, stingy amount of chicken in their non-veg mains and their butter chicken tastes like tomato soup. However, their samosas and naan are good.
Avoid at all costs. Extremely poor portions. Four small pieces of chicken. Super oily. Total rip off.
The food was absolutely unacceptable, and the overall experience was extremely disappointing. Almost every dish had an excessive amount of turmeric, to the point that it completely overpowered the taste of the food.
When we politely raised this concern, instead of addressing it professionally, we were met with an extremely rude and dismissive attitude. We were told, “We have been making food for the last 25 years,” as though that somehow justified the poor quality or meant that customers were not entitled to give feedback. Even more disrespectfully, we were told that the chefs were actually laughing about our complaint.
This is an incredibly unprofessional way to treat paying customers. Having years of experience does not excuse poor food quality, nor does it justify mocking customers who raise a legitimate concern. The attitude was far more disappointing than the food itself.
I would strongly recommend that the management take customer feedback seriously and train their staff to respond respectfully rather than dismissing and making fun of customers. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this place to anyone
