Jen is absolutely wonderful! She does my pedicures and nails, and every visit is something I genuinely look forward to. She is incredibly creative, kind, prompt, and always has the best suggestions. She is so up to date with the latest trends, colours, and styles, yet somehow always makes everything feel completely personal to you. What I love most is how welcomed and special she makes you feel. When you sit down at Jen’s station, it honestly feels like you’re visiting a friend in the comfort of your own home—relaxed, comfortable, laughing, chatting, and being completely pampered. Jen has a wonderful way of making you feel like you are the most important person in the room. Her attention to detail, creativity, warmth, and genuine care shine through in everything she does. I went to Artistic esthetic Spa without booking, so random i knew most of the Spas here wont have opening but they did accommodate me. From the receptionist Paige, was lovely that really looked into their system to put me on the spot. I had Manicure with Chris which i love, she cleaned my hands gently while having deep conversation. Chris is a Gem. I had also Spa pedicure with Lara, she deep cleaned my itsy bitsy toe nail to it’s core. You have no idea how great it is. The ambience of the spa is calm and inviting.
I have been using the services at Artistic Spa for 30 years. Worked in Toronto for 15 of those years and still had my nails done on the weekend when I was in London. What can I say. They’re wonderful. Everyone
