How much space do I have for this review? 😅 Austin was INCREDIBLE during the process of purchasing our first home. I'll be honest, we had no idea what we were doing when we first started looking, but that anxiety dissipated very quickly - he pointed us in the right direction every time. I ask a lot of questions and he answered every one of them. If he didn't have an answer, he would find it. Need a lawyer? He's got a recc. Home inspection time? He's got a guy (who is incredibly thorough btw). and the most important part? He's honest, transparent, and will flag if something doesn't feel right. I'm not even exaggerating when I say that he helped us find our DREAM home. We are absolutely over the moon and I would highly recommend working with him to find yours 💯

The positive reviews don't lie- Austin is really the best realtor out there! He treated our home searching process like it was his own, never pushing us to put an offer on anything less than perfect, and never encouraging us to offer too high. Despite our situation being slightly challenging due to us not being local enough to tour in person, Austin still managed to secure us our ideal home in our ideal location within budget. He has good connections for local inspectors and contractors, and clearly knows the city extremely well. If I ever find myself buying or selling in the area again I wouldn't hesitate to work with Austin a second time.
