I ordered lunch online for pickup at 12:15, but I had a family emergency and tried calling to cancel at 11:50. I felt that was a reasonable amount of notice for a sandwich. The employee could barely hear me, didn't understand what I was saying, and just told me to call back later. During the call, the employee told me my sandwich had already been made at 11:50, even though my scheduled pickup time was 12:15. When I stopped by on my way home because I didn't want to lose my money or have the food go to waste, the sandwich was already cold. Unfortunately, the sandwich also had a huge bone in it. I almost broke my tooth. Between the poor customer service, the sandwich being prepared 25 minutes early and served cold, and the bone in my food, I'm not sure I'll be going back.
