I’ve been going here for a few years, and the quality has declined significantly. They used to be much better. They can’t seem to retain hygienists, and the overall experience now is far below what it once was.
I had an appointment booked the week prior but never received any confirmation, despite being told otherwise. I’ve never cancelled an appointment before. As a business owner preparing to leave for vacation that week, it became clear I wouldn’t be able to make it, so I called the day before to reschedule.
I was told I’d be charged a $75 cancellation fee. I explained that this seemed unreasonable given the lack of confirmation and my history as a reliable patient. The manager chose to enforce the fee anyway, ultimately deciding that losing two long-time patients was worth more than waiving a $75 charge.
Update … months later my wife shows up to an appt they’ve messaged us about like 5 times … dentist isn’t there… what a joke
