I went for a friends gathering.. there were about 17 of us… the staff were very efficient.. they immediately were in the action mode… they prepared a cosy kind of private space for us and a separate table for the youths…the speedy fulfilment of orders without taking from the quality.. clean and delicious food with lots of varieties …and the pleasant surprise :,they served us desserts and coffee on the house… it was a perfect , joyous afternoon… thanks to burger factory management and staff

Update: came here at 12 when they said they open. They were still closed no sign of any staff inside. Waited for 10min and ended up leaving.
Ordered online and received the incorrect thing. When I called to tell them this they offered no help or solution. So I paid for food I didn’t get.
