I’ve filed my taxes here a few times over the years and they’ve always been excellent, and fast. I’ve just tried the online app option, which is so convenient because I don’t drive and they’re half way across the city, and it processed my return in one day! Very easy, very clear instructions.

Hello I am afraid that I found your online program this year very difficult to use. I inadvertently filed when I was filling out the beginning part of the on line portion. I eventually gave us and called and one of the accounts helped me and just did everything through a scan of my forms - very helpful. A frustrating start but turned out fine in the end.
