Years later, they are still our go-to shop. Even though we live a couple hours away, we happily make the trek to London because the expertise and customer service here are unmatched. Go in and know your stuff. Do research if you've never made beer before. They have the supplies you need. They will show you where they are and help. You have to know what you want.
