We had El Chilaquil out to cater our staff party this past week, and they were a huge hit!
Their team was incredibly friendly, accommodating, and so easy to work with from start to finish. The food was absolutely amazing, and the value was fantastic for the amount and quality of food you receive.
Our staff couldn’t stop talking about how delicious everything was! We were so impressed that we are officially adding El Chilaquil to our preferred vendor team here at FireRock Golf Club!

These guys came out and served us one of the best lunches I’ve ever had! The food from El Chilaquil Food Truck was absolutely delicious, fresh, and full of flavour. Fantastic service and a great experience from start to finish. If you’re looking for an amazing food truck in London, Ontario, I highly recommend El Chilaquil. We were so lucky to have this amazing food truck at my daughter’s bridal shower! We were absolutely blown away by their personality, the great vibe and the most fantastic authentic Mexican food anyone could ask for. Their Mexican street corn and churros are a must-try—they’ll blow you away! I’m already looking forward to hosting another event just to bring them back!
