Dr Ukpong was a great doctor and I am very grateful I had him for the short term care provided thank you and goodbye

Dr. Malik was my doctor for over 15 years and I’m so sad she retired. I now have Dr. Ahmad haven’t met her yet but tried to get an appointment in March and it kept having to be pushed, finally got one for June and it was a phone call appointment and nobody called me. Then had to leave 4 messages to even receive a call back and then wait another month for an appointment. My issue still isn’t resolved as I need a medication increase and apparently now need to come in for a physical and do bloodwork even though my meds are affecting my health. I’ve called 6 times today and I’ve left two messages the last two days with no call back. I’m probably going to have to wait another month, where is Amanda the regular secretary? This is utterly ridiculous and I’m very upset. I’m at the point I’m going to be making a formal complaint to the college of physicians if I don’t receive a call back and an appointment within a proper time frame because my mental health shouldn’t be suffering because the new doctor overbooks and doesn’t want to increase a dosage of a medication that’s for my mental health.

I finally had a Dr after 4yrs, Dr Ukpong became my Dr last fall & turns out I have several serious health issues. Had a full abdominal scan last Thursday & when I tried to make appointment for results & renew my 5 meds, I found out Dr Ukpong is GONE & never told or contacted. So now I have test results I know nothing about! I always felt like patients are nothing more than an OHIP card # You check YOURSELF in, take your own Blood pressure, & a voice on a TV tells you which room to go to. Just a Number!

This is the worse Dr office /clinic ever stay away the scheduling is horrible you have to wait a good month just to see your Dr my Dr retired and due to the time you need to wait and see a Dr I got myself a new Dr one that cares about me not the money they will make from the amount of patients they have now they are trying to charge me $150 to transfer my medical records to my new Dr. These Dr don't care about you is all about the money.
