Hutsul Coffee Space

This is hands down the ABSOLUTE BEST European Coffee house in London Ontario, with a good collection of assorted teas from around the world if you ever feel the need for more variety! I was very impressed by the quality and wide variety of coffee beans and roastings. It's totally amazing that they have the Chemex and Siphoning methods of brewing coffee available on their menu, with the Siphoning being very hard to find except in the top Coffee houses in the world like Tokyo's infamous Starbucks Reserve Roastery! I was very pleasantly surprised that I could get Siphoned coffee here in London Ontario, and it was comparable to the best that I ever had in Japan and Europe! They have an excellent selection of high quality teas as well from around the world (mostly Japan and Europe), in addition to high quality Kagoshima matcha from Japan. The decor and furniture is reminiscent of a high end European cafe. It's very comfortable and not easy to find in North America. As of the time of writing this review: I tried the Costa Rica Coffee using the Chemex brewing method, the Ivan tea, and the Kenya Coffee using the Siphoning method. I also tried the Medovyk and Napoleon cakes. Everything was beyond amazing, and the staff are very kind and friendly, be it that this is a cozy family owned business with a very homely atmosphere. I will certainly go back again & again to Hutsul when I'm in London to try all varieties of coffee beans and tea that they have available. Such a nice cozy spot with a warm atmosphere and friendly service. The espresso tonic is really good — refreshing and perfectly balanced. Definitely worth stopping by if you’re in the area!

Wow talk about 'hidden'! Such an off-the-beaten-path coffee place, that has excellent coffee and coffee based drinks, along with an assortment of cakes and pastries. Neat!
