It was great experience lovely service and happy faces

Two weeks ago, we visited this location and ordered four pieces of kunafa. We really enjoyed it, so we decided to come back and order 1 kg to take home for the family. Unfortunately, this visit was a completely different experience. The guy in the kitchen was extremely rude and unprofessional. His attitude was unacceptable, especially toward customers who were simply trying to place an order. We came back because we genuinely liked the kunafa and wanted to order more for our family, but the poor customer service completely ruined the experience. Good food is important, but respectful and professional customer service is just as important. I hope management takes this feedback seriously, because treating customers this way can easily make people think twice about coming back.

I been going here to get the Dubai chocolate cups but a while ago ordered one and asked to have less chocolate. The lady who was at the front said that’s fine cause they were currently making a batch. They gave me a cup that is almost half empty, it looked like someone ate half of the cup and then I still charged me $10 for it.
