Unreal. Went for the first time this past Wednesday and won't be the last. Had the 2 for 1 sushi and the molcajete Calaka...unreal deal for the price, it fed 3 of us and had left overs. Waiter couldn't have been more welcoming and even warned us we were going to order too much food (we originally were going to order 4 rolls but he was honest enough to say it would be too much food for us) Seriously amazing service. Can't wait to bring more friends in and try more dishes!

Edit to add: i had to change how many stars after a couple more visits. Do not order on uber eats. I ordered for pickup and the app says itll be 15 minutes at first but after placing my order it was updated to a 70 minute wait time until it would be ready. I didnt have a big order either, and after ariving it still wasnt ready. On another visit the queso fundido was extremely burnt so most the cheese was just a giant burnt piece. Maybe this all just depends on who is cooking that day. But youre better off going in to the restaurant, do not order for pickup. The food is delicious. A must try spot for any seafood lover, or if you like Latin food. The grilled octopus was the best octopus ive ever had, cooked perfectly. Large portion and beautiful presentation. They truly know what spice is too. The first time I went I had the spiciest aguachile they have on the menu, and they are not playing when they tell you its really hot. It is! But so delicious. Definitely pay attention to the spice levels when ordering. And the staff are very kind, I love that its a family run business. The dining space is really nicely designed too. Very clean and well put together. Looking forward to trying the rest of the menu.
Went here recently to celebrate a special occasion. Our waitress was quite rude and passive aggressive to us throughout our meal. We ordered our meal, and then maybe 10 minutes after we’re informed that the dish that my partner ordered would take longer than anticipated. We communicated that this was fine and then maybe 10 minutes after this our drinks came. We were anticipating our food and drinks coming at the same time, so we voiced this to one of the waitresses. She followed up on her own accord by offering us 15% off, which was a nice surprise. But overall, we were just looking for our experience to be heard. Shorty, after this once our food was ready and our original waitress came back. She then informed us essentially that we were not deserving of that 15% and proceeded to talk down to us as if this was something that we’d asked for. Once our bill came out instead of 15% they took off around 13. My reality is that I could’ve paid the bill in full comfortably, but if someone is offering to give a discount based off of a dissatisfaction in service, I will happily accept.What I’m not open to is being criticized off of something that was offered by one of your staff. In the future, if there is a confusion around something that is communicated, I would suggest speaking to the staff instead of speaking negatively to this customer. This overall put quite a negative taste in our mouths. Not to mention the quality of the food... The portions were quite small considering how high the prices were and weren’t necessarily anything special. I ordered a dish that had shrimp, and when I got it was cold and tough. My partner got the Zarandeado fish (this was the dish we had to wait 30+ mins for) and it also was nothing to brag about. Considering that our meal was around $100. I definitely had higher expectations for the meal that was presented. I definitely won’t be coming back to this restaurant.
