I reached out to Lerners LLP regarding a time-sensitive employment law matter for a family member. After taking the time to complete their intake and conflict check forms, I was met with radio silence. Despite making multiple follow-ups with the referred lawyer and their staff over the course of a week, I was strung along only to finally receive a generic, one-line email stating they were unable to assist. I understand that a firm cannot take on every case, but the poor communication and failure to provide a timely update on an urgent matter was highly frustrating. Went to Lerners for purchasing my first home. Very expensive and unresponsive team. Purchased house in March 2025, finally got our paperwork in May 2026. Do not recommend.
