I honestly can’t thank them enough for everything they did. They went above and beyond during what was a very unfortunate and difficult situation, and throughout the entire process they showed incredible professionalism, patience, maturity, and genuine care.
It’s not often you come across people who truly take pride in what they do and go the extra mile when it matters most. Their work and the way they handled the situation meant a lot to me, and I’m extremely grateful.
