From the moment he arrived, he was extremely professional, friendly, respectful, and knowledgeable. He quickly assessed the situation and made sure everything was taken care of properly. Brian completed several plumbing repairs, including: • Installed a new Delta laundry faucet, waterlines, laundry shut-offs, and washing machine supply hoses. • Installed a new Moen tub spout and properly repaired and resealed the tub drain with a new gasket. • Tightened both toilet seats. • Installed a new main-floor toilet seal with new brass bolts and properly siliconed the base of the toilet. What impressed me most was his attention to detail and genuine care for his work. He was punctual, courteous, honest, and made sure I understood what needed to be done. He didn’t rush the job and made sure everything was secure, properly sealed, and working as it should. It’s not easy to find someone who is this reliable, trustworthy, and professional. I had a blockage which caused a backup and a flood in my basement. I had initially called this company the day before when I first noticed a bit of water backing up from the basement shower but I called again in the state of panic the next morning when it progressed to a full flood. Grant was so kind from the time he arrived until the time he left. He not only fixed the issue promptly, but he took the extra care to joke around with me and reassure me during a very stressful situation. He even taught me things about the plumbing in my house that I had no idea about. I will definitely use this company again for any plumbing needs in the future and I highly recommend them 👍

Had a fantastic experience with Grant's work on my rental property today. I had a list of 6+ varying asks from kitchen sink/dish washer connect, exterior hose hook up and a 3 piece bathroom connect.
