This morning we were looking for something allergen friendly for me to eat( i am Celiac and have anaphylaxis to soy and allergy to dairy). I found this place on a Google search and gave them a call. I was very impressed with the knowledge and eagerness to help me find what was safe for me to eat. We went in and bought the sweet potato carrot soup, apple dainish and a fresh loaf of bread. My husband who doesn't have allergy issues was also impressed with the food there! Illia was friendly and helpful. The items we ate were delicious. I was eating the bread straight out of the bag on the way home. ( you're supposed to slice it but it was tooo good) Its very hard for me to find places to eat but now I have a new local favourite. Excellent spot for gluten free owner's wife is celiac and the recipes are all tested on her. Really gave good explaination of his products Note this is a bakery at the farmers market with soups bread meat pies and scones there is seating to eat at the farmers market but it is not a resturaunt but nice to have a gluten free option to snack on at the farmers market when visiting with not celiacs
Stopped by the farmer’s market before a nearby appointment and was happy to see a gluten free option. I grabbed a spinach and feta scone to eat while I walked around and it was the best gluten free scone I’ve ever had - so moist and flavourful. I picked up a cheese loaf and it sliced up beautifully and has made for great sandwiches. The cinnamon bun was a real treat too. Highly recommend!
A proper gluten-free establishment, where everything he sells, tastes great and is fairly priced. I especially like the sandwich bread and cookies as it reminds me of my mom's baking. Nothing frustrates me more than those "trendy" gluten-free places that clearly don't understand the needs of people who have legitimate medical conditions. Not this place! If you come here you will not be disappointed.
Great people! Have been getting there cinnamon buns for my grandson, especially for Christmas morning for years! Very pleasant. Wish I lived closer or they would set up in Windsor!
