Absolutely loved this place! The food was fresh, flavourful, and cooked perfectly. Everything we ordered tasted amazing and the portions were great. The service was excellent—friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout our visit. The restaurant also had a clean and comfortable atmosphere. Definitely one of those places you want to come back to. They will make a mistake in your order and take your money but too shameless to say they can’t compensate in any way. They will counter question you and try to make you answer what they should do. Awful customer service. Will prefer giving business or other Hakka restaurants in London. Ordered chicken lollipop with the option for sauce on side instead of tossed in sauce. They only gave me the chicken lollipop. They don’t understand their own menu options. Rude man on phone too. Date ordered - Feb 21, 2025 Sep 24,2026- I don’t know why i gave them another chance. Ordered ginger chicken and there is absolutely No ginger flavour at all! They just dumped regular chilli chicken on me and called it a day. This is the most lazy and dishonest Hakka restaurant in London. Why anyone goes here is beyond me. They don’t known how to cook and their quantity is laughable. They have consistently messed up my orders and now this was the last time I ever ordered from here! The manager and employees have way too much attitude if you ever try to tell them they messed up your order. Those who like genuinely good Hakka Chinese - if you read my review - do not go here.
