Went there for the first time recently and I was blown away by how good everything was there. Friendly staff and the food was excellent and priced right for what your getting. I certainly will be returning and this will be my main go to for Mexican food.

Great home tasting Latin food downtown! Ordered the chicken burrito bowl, generous portion of chicken seasoned well! Ordered the birria tacos as well and by far the best ones we’ve tried. Latin music playing in the background sets a fun atmosphere. Would come back again!
The restaurant is very welcoming and has a great atmosphere, especially the patio. The décor and overall setting really transport you to Mexico, which makes the experience enjoyable. Our waitress was also very friendly and attentive. Wilmar she is excellent and the best. That said, there are several areas that could be improved. There is no physical menu, and the menu available on the table is quite small, which makes it difficult to read and browse comfortably. The payment process was also a little inconvenient. It seems to be divided between different areas, so after paying for the food with one group, we had to go inside separately to pay for the drinks. A more unified payment process would make things much easier for customers. I was also disappointed with the drinks. I ordered a Corona, but it was not served with lime, which felt unusual for a Mexican restaurant. It also wasn’t as cold as I expected. We also ordered a classic Margarita, but it was noticeably too sweet and didn’t have the balanced, refreshing taste I would expect from a classic Margarita. The food itself had really good flavor, and we enjoyed the taste. However, the portions were quite small for the price. The tacos were also served as a single tortilla rather than the traditional double-tortilla style, which would have made them easier to eat and more in line with how tacos are commonly served in Mexico. Overall, the experience was okay. The restaurant has a lot of potential, especially because of its welcoming atmosphere, beautiful patio, and flavorful food. With some improvements to the portions, taco presentation, drinks, menus, and payment process, I think the overall experience could be significantly better.
Ordered my first order here tonight, I did not receive a few items that I paid for, no extra pico, no chips & salsa, no hot sauces. I did not like the guac. The pico had no flavour, not saucy at all, nothing compared to what I have had at other Mexican restaurants just slapped together huge chunks. The chicharon no flavour, not salty, thank goodness I had limes or I wouldn’t be able to eat any of it. To try somewhere new and pay good $ and than just be disappointed, I tried to call the restaurant directly but nobody picked up. I would like to get my $ back for the items I paid for that I didn’t get.
