Response I received after my finger was cut open and I contacted establishment. "Hi Lauren. If you are a real person and not get pay by our competitors to write bad review on our business then please give us a call so we can locate your last appointment with us. Because your review didn't sound like us at all. If you have been to our place before then you would have known and would make appointment with us. We don't really take walk in. We only hire respect and skillful human who knows what to do if accident happen. We don't accept client who think we barks." I was literally cut by someone and made so many appointments over past 4 years that no one bothered to greet me and my POSH friends that all live in hyde park, nice cars, etc. I've seen these people treat others that look like they come from wealth like they are better than those without brand name clothing since they opened. So this company DOES accept us, trust me. The more white privledge you look the better. I've seen some really racist behaviour by staff here too. We have come so many times and waited for over 10 minutes WHEN WE MADE AN APPOINTMENT. Simply because we look under 30 years old they think we didn't make an appointment I guess. You can tell they perceive people that look like us white young adults as "entitled", because we didn't grow up in a world like they did, not anyones fault. We have higher standards of how we expect to be treated. They can't handle our culture and inntolerance to unprofessional and rude behaviour, too bad so sad. I know at least 8 people who don't go here that were regulars because they are rude and dont bother to greet you. Its like youre at a doctors office, would you go to a hair salon and pay $400 for a company that cant even GREET you?! I couldn't tell you how many times we have made appointments and just left. Take our money elsewhere. Unacceptable. Barks?! These are people that just talk sht about everyone and you can tell. I've been nothing but kind to everyone and said I had great experience but had one awful experience and got lashed out at by them for simply stating my finger was cut open. Who does this?! I won't be communicating with them. Someone else will for me and provide medical records. I will not tolerate a company punishing me when I was bleeding and scared. Unethical.

Finger was cut open during a manicure, had to go to the clinic. Left a review stating that and was told that I was a bot and trying to sabotage them and to call to prove I was real ,so I did. Establishment continuously took zero action about anything. Literally hung up on me. Called them calmly explaining the situation and was connected to the manager who repeatedly said “what do you want ME to do about it?” with attitude that got worse. I said “I don’t know, I was told to call” the person continued to be extremely rude and unprofessional. Eventually I said “Do something or I’ll keep writing reviews” I was angry after being provoked by staff. I not sorry for my behaviour after being emotionally abused by staff. I was physically harmed and extremely scared I had contracted something. Then I was consistently told I would be reported to google for an investigation simply for addressing an incident that should have been reported. Freedom of speech exists. I am fully allowed to state what happened to me and that it was awful. Some aestheticians make mistakes. What matters is whether or not accountability is taken. None was. I was spoken to like I cut my own finger open. That I would be punished by them for demanding to be apologized to and accountability be taken. As a manager myself, I expect more. Not sorry for stating this establishment is a toxic environment. For your customers mental and physical well-being isnt a place I’d consider to be safe. Absolute insanity. I won’t be punished for speaking up for what’s right. You can’t treat people that way and expect to get away with it. Good managers and owners find solutions, they don’t escalate issues. It’s honestly hilarious how this place has no “business” to stand on at all yet thinks they can get away with malpractice. Good luck with that. Karmas coming :)
