I wanted a dental care provider that I could easily walk to and after doing some anecdotal research amongst friends and neighbours Old South became the front runner by a wide margin. Full disclosure “I hate going to the dentist” (my previous provider Aria in Hyde Park made regular dental care much easier and less stressful and if they were walkable distance I probably would not have changed-so my expectations here were high). Starting with a new provider during the height of COVID was made all that much easier by the great staff at this office. They vibe is friendly and relaxed but professional in all respects. It has now been 3 years and a bit since my initial review so I thought perhaps an update? Well I am still an extremely satisfied patient here, my overall dental health has markedly improved and I actually look forward to my visits to this extremely professional and well run office of professional practitioners. The “vibe” absolutely suits the Wortley ethic and experience and Dr. Salma Abdu has done and continues to offer a space where someone like me feels comfortable and relaxed (which is not an easy feat). This is a well balanced and knowledgeable team and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new home for their dental needs. If there was an opportunity to add a 6th ⭐️ or more they have absolutely earned it from my experience.

I would like to thank Dr Salma and her entire staff on their excellent customer service. Their kindness and understanding greatly alleviated my anxiety. They are all very easy to talk to. Old South Dentistry is a great experience every time. Appointments are punctual, reception is friendly and accommodating, hygienests are gentle and professional, and Dr. Abdu is great at her job. I will miss having them as my go to dental office when I leave town!
Been my Dentist Since moving to London back in 2014. Everyone is phenomenal, loves their job, and hours are flexible. Will never change dentist’s as long as I’m in London! Special shout out to Rachel for being so personable and sweet since day one!

Very friendly and understanding staff. Willing to work with your busy lifestyle, many boutiques and coffee shops parking can be tricky as the area is a favorite for alot of people.
