I am so grateful for the honest and professional service provided by Nate just a few days ago on September 4th. The appointment was for my annual furnace and tankless water heater maintenance. Showing respect for me, and my home was obvious. He answered all of my questions clearly.

Thermostat went black and we had no AC or heat. Brandon attended our home and diagnosed the issue. He explained all issues and options. He had to leave to get a new thermostat which installed quickly. He assisted setting up the Lennox App on my phone and then showed my wife options on the new one.

I was told I had a problem with a heat exchanger in my furnace by Reliance. I decided to get a second opinion. Rob from Peter Inch came the same day and checked it out. He ran tests and used a camera. He determined there is no issues. Always a good idea to get a second opinion.
