Before we could even hire ProTouch, they had already become the victims of their own success! Every spot on their summer schedule was booked, so we reluctantly had to go with one of their competitors. If being too busy is a problem, it’s a pretty good one to have. Even though his company wasn’t doing the work, Dennis went above and beyond. He patiently coached us through the entire process, answered our questions, and shared advice that made a huge difference. It’s rare to find someone willing to invest that kind of time in people who aren’t even customers. If their workmanship is anything like their customer service, I can completely understand why they’re so hard to book. Next time we’ll know to get on their schedule much earlier! Reviews are tough to write especially when words can not express how thrilled we are with the results. When we first met Dennis we discussed the project that included hardscaping a very large portion of our backyard which included a firepit, steps and a seating area. Being a visionary, Dennis made suggestions that we had not considered but we felt a confidence in him and his ideas that we agreed on a plan. Throughout the project Dennis kept in constant communication updating us of the progress. He, Chris and Robbie worked efficiently, respecting our property and cleaning up after each workday. We recently had a major project completed including a new deck, a large patio, front and side walkways and hardscaping. Both my wife and I couldn’t be happier with the results, which have exceeded all expectations! Dennis and his team were meticulous in their attention to detail, and worked hard to ensure we were satisfied with every step of the project. Dennis and his guys did an amazing job on my backyard. The raised bush beds, replacing my old chain link fence with a nice looking wood fence and a new gate to replace the wobbly old one look great. Once the job was complete they cleaned up and left it like no one was even there I highly recommend them for any landscaping jobs. I have them booked in the spring for another job

Dennis, Chris and Robbie did an amazing job on our retaining wall,garden bed borders and fencing. We are extremely happy with the close attention to detail that they showed. We would definitely have them come out and do other work in the future.
