I went out of town this morning to visit this farm. I like going to farmers markets due to their sourcing of ingredients and the fact that the source is literally at the store!
I went in with high expectations and they were met. I purchased the raw honey, whole milk, and the pasture raised eggs and was pleasantly surprised.
Most pasture raised eggs will have a more rich, golden yolk to symbolize the elevated nutrient profile. And these yolks are most definitely golden.
The whole milk is very creamy which is something that I look for in whole milk and it was very tasty.
The honey is incredible and I would definitely recommend!
Definitely worth the drive and will be returning.
Might be the best coffee I've had in London--using their own milk took my latte to a whole other level. Love that this place provides local produce, eggs, and meats, great when you can't make it to the farmer's market. Also found their staff to be lovely and helpful.
Great family run buisness, they were happy to answer any questions we had about the farm and shop items. The gelato is very good quality and full of flavor. We had the Dubai chocolate and lemon cookie. The chocolate was so rich and the lemon so creamy.
The Gelato is fantastic: great texture and a perfect level of sweetness. The salami is really good, too. We will be back for sure.
