We are from out of town. My son is autistic and nonverbal and for some odd reason, he was attached to a vanilla dip donut that morning. Had to hold it in the car and bring it inside the restaurant. When we saw the no outside food or drink sign in the window, my husband brought the donut back to the car and my son immediately started to have a meltdown. The staff told us to bring in the donut and even gave him a plate to put it on. The level of accommodation they showed my son to his donut, food and drink were phenomenal and I’m so happy this is the place we chose to have breakfast before heading home
Service was great, portions were even better! Food that tastes pretty good at a great price. The milkshakes are definitely worth an entire meal just on their own. Had a great time!
First time at Richies but my family has been coming here for over 30+ years! I'll be back anytime I'm in London. That's for sure

A little too expensive. I ordered grilled cheese. It comes with fries and coleslaw everywhere else but here they charged me 6.95 extra for the fries and 6.95 extra for the coleslaw. A little too greedy for me.
Disappointment is my overall experience with this restaurant. I ordered the fettuccine it was bland there was absolutely no flavour because the noodles were overcooked. Definitely not a nice creamy sauce, it seemed that they were being chintzy on the lack of if any cream and butter in the sauce. As far as the environment there was someone vacuuming beside me under tables in the aisles in the entire restaurant. That's not something I want to hear a noisy vacuum or breathe in the dust from the vacuum while I am eating, absolutely unbelievably ridiculous. Would this even pass for a health inspection? Perhaps better timing for vacuuming the restaurant and not during mealtime of patrons eating their meal. I cannot and will not recommend this restaurant. Overall not good value for meal environment and service. A real letdown. On another point navigating the parking lot can be frustrating rigid with traffic islands and lack of easy access and exit.
