Sai Thai Chef

I had no idea I was driving past this exceptional Thai experience every day and had no idea what I was missing. I’ve ordered Thai in London now for years and have quite liked the different locations and assortment of menu items but I’ve always been less than impressed with the heat factor. I lover super heat - hot - spice supreme and until yesterday I didn’t think I’d find it in London Ontario. I went to Google and the recommendation was Sai Thai Chef. This restaurant is very quaint and simple but super clean and open. I did order take out for my spice sensitive son and myself. Sai Thai uses a 1-10 scale for heat. I ordered a 4 for my son and was going to get a 10 for myself but then I found out they have an off the scale Thai Fire 🔥. I ordered that level of heat in a Pad Thai with shrimp. The young lady front of the house was so friendly and helpful - she’s an absolute gem. The restaurant is open until 9pm and I arrived to order at 8:15pm. I could not be more impressed with both the service and the food plus the pricing and portions are great! When I got home the dishes were still piping hot and the spice level was indeed Thai Fire! Amazing fresh delicious and super spiced Pad Thai. I will not be going anywhere else in London for my Thai cravings. This place is outstanding and well worth the drive if you don’t live close. Best Pad Thai in London! The food was delicious and authentic. It had a lot of flavour. The staff are very nice and attentive. The portions are also big. If you’re looking for a place to have Thai food would defiantly recommend. Thanks for the good food!

The food is fresh,hot and delicious. Be patient when it’s busy. It’s a small restaurant but worth the wait
