Sean and his team just completed work in my backyard. I needed a backyard reset. I had them come to do a general spring clean up, trim some trees, add a back garden and revive my grass. They arrived promptly and were very hardworking. The quality of their work is evident. Sean also took the time to check in with me throughout the day to ensure we were on the same page. They definetly went above and beyond and I couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome. They have helped transformed my backyard into my own little oasis. I have been a client of Sean's Property Services since the beginning. I have always been pleased with Sean's service including the friendliness and on schedule delivery of the service. I decided to write a review to begin this season because Sean's spring clean up at my property was exceptional, above & beyond! There was a lot to do from cleaning out the gardens and edging them, to pruning branches, shrubs and perennials to power washing one section of my house, and laying some mulch. Not to mention they mowed the lawns. They loaded up all the waste and when they left, my yard was pristine and ready for the season! I was not expecting it to be completed in one day. Thank you Sean! Sean and the crew did a fantastic job on the addition to our existing fences for more security and privacy! However, the absolute best part was the addition of a 3 panel privacy screen erected in the front of our home. We are beyond pleased with it. The attention to detail from design to build was impeccable! Sean always listen to our thoughts and concerns and would easily make any corrections if needed. This is the second time we have used them and will not hesitate to use them again. We most definitely recommend Sean’s Property Services!

Sean and his team did an excellent job in what would have taken us weeks ! Sean fixed a couple of sections of wooden fence that had rotted over the years and twisted in a bad wind storm recently. It looks great ! They cleaned up everything that had accumulated over the long winter, trimmed all bushes and sodded a problem area that we had. Our yard hasn't looked this great for many years ! We really appreciate that they worked through the cold and drizzle. We will certainly continue to have Sean take care of our property and highly recommend him and his team.

In early May, Sean arrived as scheduled and got to work straight away cleaning both front and back yards. Debris from winter was removed, garden beds re-defined, leaves cleared, a tree out back trimmed, old tree logs removed, lawns cut and given seed and fertilizer. Basically, the works! It was long overdue. Now we just need warmer weather so we can get the deck ready to sit out on and enjoy the view! We could not be happier with the result and would hire Sean again.
