Have been a patient since 1990. Like most people I'm not a fan of having dental work done. I have found Dr. Setterington to be an excellent dentist. Most recently he repaired a broken tooth for me. I felt no pain during the procedure. When my children were young he did not suggest expensive procedures to realign their teeth - just appropriate treatment. My partner hates going to the dentist but even he will go to see Dr. Setterington. Definitely recommend.
Life can be a kick in the teeth as it is, that's why I heartily recommend Dr. Setterington and his wonderful support staff. Yes you'll be safe in the dexterous hands of the dashing Dr. Doug. I've been going to him for ten years without complaint.
Dr. Setterington is a very good Dentist and his team. The entrance is found at the back of the building.

I would first like to state that this low review has nothing to do with dental work done at the office or with the dentists or staff. It's CDCP related. I have 100% coverage under the CDCP. Now I know that this doesn't guarantee me to be free from out-of-pocket fees at every dentist. Maybe I could have explained my crappy financial situation better when I called this office and maybe they would have been willing to work with me. I don't know. I had a job with no benefits. I got laid off and had to go on EI while I look for other work. Maybe if I had offered up this information, they would have been willing to waive the extra fees for dental care. When I called them, I was told that there would be out-of-pocket fees for basically every procedure and that those fees could range from 10-20%. Again, I should have spoke more freely about my money situation but that wouldn't have necessarily guaranteed me free dental from this office. It's great that they accept the CDCP but they missed an opportunity with me by not offering 100% dental to begin with. It turns out that I have 8 cavities in need of definite work. So far I've had 3 dealt with at another dentist that doesn't take any extra fees. You may want to consider not taking extra fees or at least asking people about their oral health condition to see which clients would be the best suited for your office under CDCP coverage.
