If I could give this place a proper zero star rating and avoid at all cost I would! Was an absolute rip off. The Muslim guy made us pay before preparing our order and then after he prepared it without the proper topping in a plastic cup with the excuse of they “close in one hour” and take out shakes don’t have toppings. Told the whip cream is prepared in the morning and tossed out a few hours before the end of the shift. I never asked for a take out drink. I don’t know why he did that. Refused to refund the money. If I could give this place a proper zero star rating and avoid at all cost I would!

Went with a coupon for a feee ice cream cone and they rude gentleman at the counter told me “these couple are too old” there was no expiry date on the coupon. Explained that too him, he kept saying “they are too old”… great way to ruin 2, 8 year olds afternoons!! Where something doesn’t have an expiry date and was clearly purchased, how can you decline the coupon?
