We cannot say enough wonderful things about this daycare. Our son attended part-time for just under a year, and he absolutely loved every minute of it. He was always excited to go each morning, made great friends, and was constantly talking about his teachers when he came home. The staff always kept the children engaged with fun activities, especially arts and crafts, and he was so proud to show us everything he made. The facility was consistently clean and well maintained, and having access to the cameras gave us tremendous peace of mind throughout the day. A special thank you to Ms. Ramandeep, who was an incredible teacher. She provided frequent, detailed updates about our son's development and daily experiences, allowing us to feel connected to everything he was learning and accomplishing. It was obvious how much care and attention she put into each child. What impressed us most, though, was how genuinely everyone cared about our son. Since we were moving before his birthday, the staff went out of their way to celebrate it with his class on his final day. His classmates made him a birthday card, and his teachers wrote him a heartfelt card filled with such kind words about what a pleasure it had been to have him in their class. They even bought him a birthday gift filled with things they knew he loved. That level of thoughtfulness is extraordinary and speaks volumes about the people who work there. We are incredibly grateful for the wonderful memories, friendships, and experiences our son had during his time there. If we hadn't had to move, we would have happily kept him there for years to come. He will truly miss his friends, his teachers, and everyone who made this such a special place. Thank you for giving our son such a happy, caring, and memorable first school experience. We will always be grateful.

We are extremely happy with our son's experience at this daycare. This is his very first daycare, and we were naturally nervous at the beginning, but the entire team made the transition smooth and comfortable for both him and us. A special thank you to Ms. Gagan, Ms. Raman, and Ms. Sahaj for their dedication, care, and patience. Over the past four months, we have seen tremendous growth in our son. His communication and speaking skills have improved significantly, and we are amazed by the progress he has made. The team has also been helping him with potty training, and we truly appreciate their consistent support and encouragement. Most importantly, our son genuinely enjoys going to daycare every day, which gives us great peace of mind as parents. Starting daycare after keeping my son home with me for his first three years made me very nervous, so we decided to begin with part-time care to help with the transition. To my surprise, the adaptation went so much better than I expected. He quickly became happy, comfortable, and excited to go to daycare every day, which gave our family so much peace of mind. Miss Gagan made this transition incredibly smooth for us. She was always supportive, communicative, and understanding, which made me feel safe and welcomed from the very beginning. A special thank you as well to Miss Sahaj, who is so loving and dedicated with the children. She always welcomes them with such a warm smile and positive energy, and you can truly feel how much she loves what she does. The daycare is clean, organized, and filled with kind and attentive staff. The activities are creative and wonderful for the children’s development, and the app allows parents to stay connected to their child’s day and reinforce learning at home. We are so happy with our experience that after only one month of part-time care, we are already planning to transition our son to full-time!
I’ve had an incredible experience with SimplySmart. My son and nephew joined the centre when they were 17 and 28 months old, and they’ve loved it ever since. They get excited every time they enter the classroom! The staff are humble, kind, and genuinely caring, teaching important life skills through playful and engaging activities. I also appreciate being able to watch the classroom cameras while at work—it gives great peace of mind. The centre is always clean and well-organized, with thoughtfully designed play areas, a nutritious meal plan, and creative seasonal art sessions. Within just three months of joining, my nephew started speaking conversationally, which was such a joy to witness. I’ve also been able to collect many precious keepsakes from my child’s time there. Ms. Gagan, the head of the centre, is friendly, cheerful, and patient with every request. Ms. Sahaj, the class teacher, shows wonderful kindness and empathy toward my son. I wanted to write an honest review of how Simply Smart has supported myself and my daughter. This institution is an excellent educational facility and has some of the kindest and most supportive teaching staff ever. A thank you is not enough to explain how helpful and patient everyone has been with my daughter’s transition. A huge shoutout to Ms. Raman and all the teachers that has supported and cared for Leena at her time there. A big big thank you to Ms. Gagan too for all her kindness. This facility is indeed a top notch institution.
Je suis trés contente de l'éxpérience que nous avons eu dans ce service garde, tout le personnel étaient chaleureu. Comme la premiere place où ma fille a commencé sa garderie, je trouve que c'était le meilleure choix, avec un accés au camera en direct, je regardais ma fille quand je voulais. Aussi avec un bilan de la journé et des photos pour ses moments souvenirs.je remerci les demoiselles pour leurs sourir a chaque fois que ma fille entrait par la porte.
