I just left Dr. Frolow after getting a partial plate. Dr. Frolow made sure I was absolutely happy with my new plate. I wasn't happy my first try so he sent it back to the lab and had them change the color match to my gums. I can now say I am so very happy he made it his mission to make it right for me. The lab he uses also got it back to me in a couple days with no charge. They are all so happy always a smile on their faces. All young staff so thank God I dont have to worry about Dr.Frolow retiring! Give them a call I highly recommend him!!!
Dr. Frolow is an exceptional dentist, and my entire experience at this practice exceeded all expectations. From start to finish, the level of care, attention, and professionalism was truly outstanding. If it were possible to give more than five stars, I absolutely would. This is a place where patients are genuinely valued, and the quality of service reflects that in every way. Including their environment is very clean, comfortable and welcoming with honest service. Highly recommended.

I had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Frolow for my first visit here. He made me feel at ease immediately, answered all of my questions in detail, was very thorough and truly went above and beyond overall. It’s important to have trust with your dental care provider and Dr. Frolow is someone that exhibits the qualities you look for when choosing that person. I’ve never written a review for anything before but for this experience I had to. Highly recommended.
Had the best dental experience today with Dr.Frolow.! I always have had trouble getting frozen whenever I get dental work done and first time ever I had no pain and was so fast. I will give a call out to the dental assistant she was also great :) highly recommend South London dental.
