I was approved for cdcp and fit in for a root canal 15 days ago. Halfway through the appointment Dr. Taki says due to her previous appointment bleeding into my appointment she will only preform a pulpectomy at this time. I was then scheduled for a follow up. At the follow up Dr Taki started to preform on the opposite side of my face. I stopped her. She informed me she was going to preform a DIFFERENT root canal while still having not finished the first root canal and having a live infection in my face causing pain and swelling. I explained my confusion, Dr. Taki ignored me about my half done root canal, and she preformed random Dental instead. At that same appointment when done I asked why she didn't do the root canal and was told 'time"... But she wanted to start another root canal at the same appointment and had time for that one? By day 15 I had gone to Dr. Taki's 4 follow up times and NEVER had my pulpectomy fixed; despite crying. I went to a walk in twice for infection and had completed: 2 rounds of antibiotics, t3 with codene, and nerve medication. I called Stoney Creek Family Dental Saturday August 8th at 11:23 am. This was solely after Dr. Taki's office called me that same morning to cancel my emergency appointment for my root canal that they botched and neglected for 2 weeks already. That was my last straw. I will spend every moment of my adult life telling every person who inquires about Dental to NEVER go to Dr. Taki. Stoney Creek Family Dental saw me within 2 hours of my phone call. My infected tooth was treated and relief was felt within 3 hours of initial communication with their office. While extracting the infected tooth the Dentist let me know Dr. Taki left a root behind and frayed my nerve. The botched puplectomy was causing a massive infection in my sinus cavity that was going into my eye socket, down my neck, and into my ear canal. The frayed nerve and left behind root was causing my intense facial and sinus pain that Dr. Taki refused to treat. My entire jaw bone was scraped after the tooth was pulled to ensure no future issues. My CDCP insurance was billed directly. Go to Stoney Creek Family Dental!

I’m very disappointed I went to get partial dentures dr T ram something in my mouth made me throw up . Told me to relax she’s almost done when o asked her not to do something like that without warning. Even her helper shook her dam head . When I received the partial dentures they’re not fitting properly. She was trying to file them down in the office instead of sending them Back . So so now I have a useless set of dentures. The time b4 she knew that I had a cold sore. She was splashing water all over my face. I didn’t have any glasses I had to ask her for them. She said oh sorry sorry. My son went to her. She took out the wrong tooth so he’s still in pain. I’m not happy . I was in the hospital the secretary called and got upset that I missed the appointment. Instead of asking me how I was her behaviour was inappropriate. The nice thing is, I recorded everything with the doctor and the secretary. So I will Be calling someone higher then them to put in a complaint. And have this dealt with accordingly. I’ve called for my dentures. They haven’t returned my call. But when they want you to come in, they call 50 times a day which I considered to be harassment. If they don’t get you they call from a different number. I feel like Dr. tiki is very unprofessional and very inappropriate. My whole family goes to that clinic, all eight of us will be finding somewhen new . On top of it, they had to work on the computer that they have been doing with my mouth. They said that I had a root canal and charge the company for that . Actually they pulled the tooth out that is fraudulent activity.. unacceptable I’m angry

I used to go to this dental clinic for two years and it became a horrible experience. Staff talks in their own language which is very unprofessional. The female dentist SCAMMED me every time I came for a checkup, she always say that I need to get my fillings done again even though fillings can last up to years. I finally went to a different clinic to get a second opinion and confirmed that I didn’t need to get my fillings redone. I tried to reach out to them after but they never answered nor returned my call back and never called me again when they used to bug me to make an appointment lol Please find a different dental clinic and don’t even bother going to this one.
