I am on the Board of Directors for a condo complex - recently TLC has completed some landscape updates for us and did an outstanding job - unit owners and condo board very happy

Where to start with this company? Let's get the obvious out of the way. This company does not care about their clients as their company name may suggest. I am often embarrassed to tell friends and family about who oversees the lawn maintenance over the summer, as we all know TLC and their reputation within the city. Their team has shown up maybe 4 times this summer despite the agreement established with our condo board for weekly service. Because of the infrequent visits, our front and back lawn become overgrown. When they do show up, they do a hack job, often leaving a mess behind. I have left reviews before in the past citing the same behaviour, but nothing has changed, in fact it has gotten worse. I have heard of other condo boards cancelling their contract with TLC and I have begged ours to reconsider. Their upper management does not care and as cited in other reviews, clients have been targeted in the past by TLC employees for speaking up. I hope my review helps those who may be considering TLC. It is not worth the hassle and the price you will likely pay. I laughed at their website... the We C A R E pledge is a load of hogwash. We have never been satisfied with their work... but yet that is their highest priority. We won't even get started on their snow removal. This review should speak for itself.

I live in a condo complex and the maintenance by TLC is sad. This winter they aren’t plowing properly along with shovelling. Snow is shoved under cars of the snow blower is throwing snow in cars. The driveway is a single car path with its to be wide enough for 2. When asked to remove snow piles due to the neglect of listening to where it’s to be placed they proceed to ignore the request and keep piling it where it’s taking up parking spots. Summer maintenance is no better by them with not cutting the grass short enough or at all. Also don’t come with a we can’t fix what we don’t know when many occupants and condo board have complained of your poor work ethic and still no change!

I have had the worst experiences with this company. I live in a condo complex. I have had the plow driver, while driving by me, throw snow at me with his plow while I was clearing my parking spot. They clean in front in my house randomly. And today when they cleaned in front of my house; the snow blower operator threw the snow exhaust right at the back window of my vehicle. I am worried about possible damage to the back of my car due to the fact that the snow blower threw the snow directly onto the back of my vehicle at close range. When I called to complain, I was naturally upset and while I was explaining my situation and disbelief, the lady on the other side of the phone took my information and as I was asking if this is a common practice; she told me not to talk down to her and hung up on me. Outlandish.

The total lack of professionalism from the 2 employees I came across today just blows my mind. I was at 5 cadeau today to do a small job and in the 15min I was inside they managed to cover my car in wet leaf gunk.when I came out to my car to leave one employee was just standing around text or trying to be instafamous who knows while the other one with no clue or care was just leaf blowing the road, gutters on the condos I'm not sure with all the messy what he was trying to do
