Turf Pro has been doing snow removal at our office location for many years now. They are reliable at showing up on time every snowfall, and very diligent in carefully navigating their plows through our compact parking lot. Overall, the service received from this company is top notch, and we appreciate their efforts during this never ending winter surge.

They take great care of our properties and have been fair and helpful for years.
We have them back doing our condo complex after being fired about 3 years ago. Their winter maintenance is poor to say the least. Shoveling 1 line from your door down 3/4 of the drive and leaving the mound almost at the bottom is what they call quality service.
Some of their crews don't really care about what the landscape looks like after their done. At the place I live, they didn't bother picking any trash. They just ran over it with the mower and spread it all over the place. Gardens don't get weeded either.
They are taking care of our complex now and the lack of snow removal it's just unacceptable, they do not show up for days. The parking lot is an ice ring. They do not salt the sidewalks, and they charge a crazy amount of money. Worst company ever. Do not give your business to these people
