Started biweekly cleaning with We Clean Pros a while ago and it’s been smooth from day one. Sammy is professional, friendly, and does a proper clean each time. Bathrooms and kitchen are always spotless, and the whole house feels fresh. Good value for the service.

I got the cleaning done by them,assuming they have done their job ,I paid for deep cleaning and all they did is just wipe bathtub, sink n everything with their cleaning cloth!!when I told her “that was quick”-in reply she(Sherry) said we r pro but I actually pointed her that it’s not clean properly and you can use my cleaning product n plz clean it, Now that’s when she said sorry it’s my first time doing it!! Bedding and emptying bin was included in service-they didn’t even know that.and Ihave called them atleast 3 times after that. Neither they answer nor they called back!! I would not recommend that at all!! It was waste of money

We recently received a house cleaning service as a gift from our realtor, and unfortunately, the experience was far below what was promised. 1. We were informed that two cleaners would be assigned, but only one person showed up. 2. The cleaner did not bring most of the required supplies, and since this is a new home, we had to arrange them ourselves. 3. When we reached out to the owner regarding these concerns, there was no response at all. 4. After the service, my wife left an honest review reflecting our experience. In response, the owner contacted her and made inappropriate and unprofessional remarks, including suggesting that we could be blacklisted from getting cleaning services from anyone. This kind of behavior is unacceptable. If a business cannot handle constructive feedback professionally, it should reconsider maintaining a public presence on platforms like Google.

The service is not good at all. The cleaning service was offered as a gift by our realtor. The owner is really rude and doesn’t care about client satisfaction- since it was a gift offered she thinks it’s free service where my realtor actually paid. I am writing a review here as she did not reply to the message earlier. After writing the review she comes back and leaves me a long message saying people like me spread negativity in the community and all bad things. Live, let live. If one honest review makes her come back and say all bad things- what world are we even in?
