I had a very positive experience dealing with Rob. He was patient, thorough, and took the time to go over everything with me and clearly explain his findings. I never felt rushed, and I appreciated that he made sure I understood what needed to be done and why. The quote was sent promptly by email, and having the option to pay by e-transfer (EMT) or online made the process very convenient. Once the work was approved, everything was completed promptly and efficiently, with good communication throughout the process. The only minor downside was the relatively long wait for the initial service appointment. That said, I’d actually take this as a positive sign it’s usually an indication that they’re busy because customers trust their work and keep coming back. Work completed is back by their 3 year warranty.

Big thank you to Rob tonight for coming to check out what animal that had gotten into our bathroom fan vent. Luckily it had let itself out, but he still inspected the house and put a cage on the vent opening. This was not the first time we’ve contacted Wild Things Wildlife Control, about three years ago they came and bat-proofed our house (this was after three years in a row having a bat get into the house, and we haven’t had one since). Can’t say nicer things about Rob and his team. Highly recommend!

Chris came to my house and took the time to address my concerns, regarding sounds I was hearing in the attic, and made sure I understood the situation clearly. He performed a thorough inspection and showed genuine care and professionalism throughout the entire process. I wouldn’t hesitate to contact them again and highly recommend their services to anyone dealing with a wildlife issue.
We contacted Wild Things in order to remove a skunk that was stuck in our window well. Despite being booked solid the whole day, they made time to come and get it out. Not only did they do it effectively and humanely, but at a reasonable cost. Of the 4 wildlife control companies we called, they were the ONLY one to respond AND then assist us despite a full schedule already. TEN STARS out of 5.
Great prompt service by the owner Rob at Wild Things..fit me in the same day for raccoon issue in the attic...Andre came out the same afternoon and handled the issue promptly , professionally and efficiently. These guys are the best..also the second time using their services and would highly recommend.
