Transparent, prompt, professional. I brought my van in to check the reasoning for the engine light that had appeared over the weekend. Grant scheduled me in right away, diagnosed the issue, showed me the issue, ordered parts, and drove to gather the parts so that my van could be fixed by morning so I could get to a morning appointment. Grant stayed after hours to get it done as well. I appreciated the transparency of the problem as he explained and showed me what the issue was. He also brought up some other things that could be done without pressure and provided an honest opinion of what was urgent and not. It is great to have another great small business in town that we can rely on and support! Highly recommend!
We support local new businesses and I am definitely not disappointed with the service. Extremely and genuinely friendly, efficient and really good value.
