I had a great experience with Vip Auto pro, My car suddenly stopped in the plaza parking lot where their shop is located, and I was unable to move it.
I spoke with Shane, and even though they already had a busy schedule that day, he managed to squeeze me in. Within a couple of hours, they personally moved my vehicle to their shop, diagnosed the issue, and provided me with a complete inspection report.

I recently switched to this location for a water pump issue with my carolla and am glad i did. Shane, Andrew and his team fixed my issue right away, correctly and did not try and sell me anything else. I have been back a few mire times and they have gone above and beyond. Service with a smile and friendly environment. I have also sent my entire family to them. I would highly recommend this garage and crew!
Went next door to have my tires torqued after new installation and was told by Jiffy Lube they couldn’t do it because they didn’t install the tires! I was flabbergasted! So I came here and both the person working the front desk and the lovely young man who did my tires were very accommodating! Way to go fellas! 🤩
Major motor issues valves to be replaced. Work done and motor runs smoothly. Satisfied with the service. Price high but that is the way it is with motor work-as long as the job is done with excellent results and a 2 year warranty or 40,000 km which is better than what the dealership does with a new motor!
Was out of town and Had a flat tire needed quick repair.
Called a few places, some couldn’t help, a few others closed. These guys stepped up. Patched the tire and few other small requests. They were quick, friendly, and fair price.
