Recently called in to review my renewal documents received in the mail and had the pleasure of speaking with two agents here and the service was amazing. Thank you Ben for taking a peek into my payments for me and thank you Maggie for reviewing the policy and explaining why my Drivewise discount hadn’t hit my policy yet.
Anytime I come to this office I receive great service and when I receive my documents in the mail, if they seem high, I just show up and they’re usually able to identify what the increase was due to and correct it for me.

Absolutely wasted my time. they insured me for a motorcycle said everything was great sent out. The insurance slips took my payment for first and 2nd month all of a sudden two weeks later I get a call saying from their representative that they cannot ensure me because I’m a stand alone meaning I won’t insure my car with them just my motorcycle. BS and that they will try to give me my refund back. No you will be giving me my refund back as that is fraud you will not be stealing my money after you lied to me about having insurance on a vehicle that I was driving and now all of a sudden you’ve taken the insurance off and took my payments for first and second month cannot be trusted.
They broke a binding contract with zero notice. It’s illegal what Allstate did. Will be contacting my lawyer as this is not acceptable.
