Richard ten Haaf Insurance

I recently purchased a motorcycle, and was shopping around quotes for a little while. I was somewhat dejected, as my current insurance provider wouldn't offer coverage for motorcycles, even though I had my existing home and auto insurance with them. I reached out to Rick's office, spoke with an administrator that took my details, and was promptly called by Amber, whom provided a reasonable quote within minutes. It was late in the day, but once I provided my info to Amber, my policy was activated the next morning. I've had some good and some bad experiences with insurance in the past, but my experience with Amber, Rick Ten Haag's office, and Desjardin have been the best so far. As soon as my other policies expire at my other provider, I'll be promptly switching to Desjardins via Rick's office.

We have been with Rick and his team since the early 1990s, and they have always provided excellent service, great communication and a sincere effort to place the relationship of the customer to Desjardins first. Recent events in our lives were handled with respect and dignity, as the claims process could not have gone smoother. I switched to Richard ten Haaf Insurance a couple of years ago for my vehicles and home coverage. I have been extremely satisifed with the staff professionalism and speedy responses to my requests or needs. Most recently dealing with Kiana, was extremely quick and she made the addition of a new vehicle easy! I would recommend considering the switch yourself.

I'm just adding another great review. Amber was the smoothest part of me getting my first motorcycle. Quick to help with the quote and process my inquiries. Never been this happy about an insurance provider - like not even close. It's usually something I don't even think about, but they make the experience great.
