Bat Control Specialists

(July 19, 2026) Having recently re-done our roof, we thought no more problems with bats. Boy, were we wrong! For the third time in four years, we had a bat appear inside the house in July. We searched the internet for help and settled upon Bat Control Specialists (BCS) based on the highly positive reviews. BCS was the right choice. From our first discussion with Benjamin Vaughan (owner) we learned how knowledgeable and experienced he is with service provided all over southern Ontario. He also allayed our fears with his knowledge about bats and their habits. Benjamin described the entire process: 1. A thorough inspection of the house to check for entry/exit points. 2. Bat-proof the house (e.g., seal (caulk) all wall/soffit joints, exhaust vents, and roof ridge vents (wire mesh)). 3. Guarantee the work. Benjamin was up front about the costs. We are extremely happy with the quality of work and attention to detail by him and his crew. Well worth the cost for peace of mind.

My family resides in New York State where we had our home built 36 years ago. Our pest control service technician mentioned that he saw some bat droppings near an attic vent which is above our master bedroom. This led me to search for companies who provide a bat remediation service - unfortunately the number of specialists was not very large and when looking to connect with those my inquiry was deleted or not responded to. I reached out (even though their site noted they serviced Ontario and NY was not covered). I exchanged texts with the owner and was looking to see if he could service our home in N.Y. State. Unfortunately he could not service our home (as it’s outside his targeted service area) but he effectively operated as a consultant sharing his insight and perspective via text & phone. His responsiveness and transparency were terrific. He reviewed our issue with documentation I supplied and was professional and actively engaged throughout. Bat Control Specialists in London Ontario have a business model that prioritizes the customer and outlines their process which leads to a home that is bat free. I had the Bat Control Specialist at my home July 2025. I have a large three storey home, three men came and spent two days caulking every inch of my house. I have had a bat problem for years, always the months of July, August and September at least 2 to 5 flying in my house. I had had enough I can't stand the creatures ( in my house). A bat did appear appropriately two weeks later. I sent a text to the owner, Ben, he replied immediately and returned to my home ASAP. He found a small opening that was overseen, remedied the problem plus went over the job again. Glad to say, No Bats. I feel very confident in the workmanship and personal relationship of this company. Highly Recommend.

One morning at 4am, we woke up to this thing swooping around our heads in our bedroom! It was a bat! We were able to corral it into another bedroom, and a pest control company came later that day and captured it. We thought it was just a fluke. Two nights later, the same thing happened. This time, we were able to capture it ourselves and set it free outside. But we knew we had a problem. We did a Google search about the problem, found Bat Control Specialists, watched their videos, read customer reviews and decided to email them to request a quote. Benjamin responded later that same morning. He was very friendly and knowledgeable, forthright about cost and answered all other questions we had. He was able to arrange for Kenny and his assistant to bat proof our house just a few days later. They were also very friendly, professional and thorough. Properly bat proofing a house is not cheap, as they acknowledge, but it is well worth it. The price they charge is fair for the services they provide. Their customer service is top notch as well. These guys are pros all around. Highly recommended!

Bat Control Specialists addressed our bat problem quickly and efficiently. Within hours the entire house was thoroughly bat proofed and ever since the work we have not seen one more bat. The staff were courteous, friendly, and highly knowledgeable which gave us supreme peace of mind. I would highly recommend this team above anyone else to remove your bat problem.
