Super love the cake i got it from here. Cake was beyond my expectations.

I am absolutely appalled by what I witnessed during my recent visit to BBH Bakery. While waiting to order, I saw an employee accidentally drop a large piece of dough directly onto the floor. To my utter shock, instead of throwing it away, the staff member looked around, picked the dough up, and put it right back with the rest of the batch being used to make bread and pizza bases. This is an unacceptable and dangerous practice that shows a complete disregard for basic food safety and customer health. If this is what happens in plain sight of customers, I can only imagine what other corners are being cut behind the scenes. I left immediately without making a purchase and will not be returning. I strongly urge others to think twice before buying food from this establishment. It’s simply not worth risking your health.

I ordered a cake and was very disappointed. Despite sending a photo for reference, the cake arrived in the wrong color. The cream tasted like chemicals, and even the bread had a chemical and medicinal smell. Overall, a very unpleasant experience. Not recommended.

I was thoroughly disappointed with the Rasmalai pastries I ordered yesterday. They tasted like vanilla cream on a dense, hard sponge with a sour note. The experience was so unpleasant that I've decided to never order from this establishment again.
