I had a great experience with Marcia! I went for a manicure and pedicure and was very happy with the service. She is friendly, welcoming, and very professional, and you can tell she really cares about her work! The space has such a nice, relaxing atmosphere too. I left feeling pampered and very happy with my nails. I would definitely recommend Marcia!

I booked an appointment because I had somewhere important to be later that day and thought giving myself plenty of time would be enough. I arived early and still sat there for more than half an hour while the previous appointment dragged on. Nobody gave me a realistic update, and after watching the clock keep moving i finally had to leave without getting anything done. I understand salons get behind sometimes, but if you know you’re running that late, at least let the next client know before they waste their afternoon.
This appointment was chaotic from beginning to end. My technician kept getting up, checking her phone, talking to other employees and disappearing in the middle of my service. At one point someone else came over and continued working on my nails without anyone explaining what was happening. I booked an appointment because I wanted someone’s attention for that time, not to feel like I was being passed around the salon. For the amount I paid, the whole experience felt incredibly unprofessional.
