This was the best manicure and pedicure I ever had! My skin feels smooth and my nails look amazing! The ladies working with me were very professional, very friendly, and skilled at their job. I would highly recommend coming here to get your nails done!

This was, without a doubt, the worst experience I have ever had at a nail salon. The customer service was terrible from the moment we walked in. The staff were unfriendly, unprofessional, and acted like they didn’t want to be there. The pricing was absolutely outrageous, especially considering the poor quality of the work and the fact that they wanted to charge extra for even the smallest design. I specifically asked for cat-eye polish, and they assured me they could do it. Five minutes later, they suddenly claimed they didn’t have the proper tools to do it. If you can’t provide a service, don’t advertise or promise that you can. While one of the technicians was using the drill on my nails, she repeatedly went over the same spot even though I kept saying “ow” because it was extremely painful. She completely ignored me and continued anyway, which is completely unacceptable and shows a complete lack of care for her clients. To make matters worse, my friend literally had to explain to one of the technicians how to do a design because she didn’t know how. Clients should never have to teach the staff how to perform the service they’re paying for. The quality was just as disappointing as the service. Less than 24 hours later, my nails were already starting to chip. There is absolutely no excuse for a fresh set of nails to be falling apart that quickly. On top of everything else, they don’t even accept cash! Overall, this salon is overpriced, unprofessional, and delivers poor-quality work. I completely regret spending my money here. I will never be returning, and I absolutely would not recommend this salon to anyone looking for quality nails or decent customer service.
Quality issues.The nails looked nice, however, one of my nails broke off within a week. I understand things happen, so I went back to get it fixed and ended up waiting about an hour to get a singular nail fixed despite having booked an appointment. Two days later, another nail broke off, and I once again went back to get it fixed. Another few days later, two more nails broke off. I have never had this happen to me at any other salon, and from the other reviews I have read, this seems to be a recurring problem.
