Highly recommend - my furnace decided it was time and died on me. Russ and Andrew were able to come out only a couple of hours after I called and provided me with a quote and some options for a new furnace. I never once felt pressured to make a decision which tends to factor into my choice with a large purchase like this. I received 3 other quotes and they had not only the best price, but best warranty. I had no heat and they were able to fit me in next day for the new furnace. I really appreciated how respectful of my property and space they were (protected the flooring, left no debris etc). Could not be happier with my choice, fantastic communication and everything went so smoothly. I'm happy to support a local family business! Thanks again guys!

I am SO happy I contacted this company. We woke up to our furnace not working and our house at 13 degrees. I spoke with Russ, and after a quick conversation he was happy to come take a look—even though it was a Sunday morning in the middle of a snowstorm. He was completely straightforward, honest, and fair, which was such a relief compared to other companies that we contacted. Russ and his son treated us with respect and kindness, had the issue fixed, and were out in under 30 minutes. They truly went above and beyond. I will only be using this company from here on out!
At a friends' place and the thermostat appeared dead, it was -9 outside. The batteries had corroded in the thermostat, cleaned the contacts, put the new batteries and the thermostat came back to life. Unfortunately when the thermostat was reinstalled it turned back off. Having used Bow previously at my place for furnace and A/C as well as my parents and girl friends I sent Russ a text. He advised he was unavailable until the next morning but he provided me with the steps to try and it worked. A fantastic experience yet again. I tell everyone
I can’t say enough great things about Bow Home Comfort! Russ and Andrew were incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and easy to work with (and their pricing was very reasonable). They got our AC and furnace cleaned and running perfectly! The best part; they’re dog lovers and told us we didn’t need to keep ours away while they worked. After finishing, they spent time giving her pats and playing with her - it made her day! We’ll definitely be using them again and love supporting such a great local business!!
Excellent service! Russ and Andrew worked in extreme heat, humidity and smoke (from forest fires) to get my new AC installed before a thunderstorm arrived and it was on a Saturday (which isn't usually a work day)! I recommend them to everyone and I will certainly tell friends and family about them.
Great family business ! They replaced our furnace and did a great job. Very friendly with our dogs as well. Pricing came out better than other companies in the area ! I’ll be using them from now on!
