Our plumber put us intouch with Dan McGee because we had an issue with our sewer line getting backed up because of tree roots. Dan came and dealt with the issue, he was able to pin point exactly where the issue was and now we no longer have broken down clay tiles and it's all replaced with pvc. I'd highly recommend Dan and his team, they know what they're doing. Dan has the experience and knowledge to deal with any plumbing, sewer issue you might be dealing with. I've heard a lot of horror stories about sewer issues and appreicate Dan and team taking care of our property. I believe in doing it right the first time and I know that's Dan moto! When you buy a home you expect some problems but the sewer line flooding your basement twice in the first 3 months is not it. My plumber Alex from Ole Walkerville Plumbing in Windsor asked Dan to have a look. Thank goodness. Dan is unbelievably knowledgeable and calming. What was one of the most stressful moments in my life became manageable now that Dan was involved. Dan used geolocation to determine that the sewer line was 25 feet away and only 9 feet deep from where the plumbing group who should not be named said it was.

Was recommended Dan by another company as they said he would be more equipped to handle the situation I had. He was unfortunately not equipped for the situation as it turned into a different issue that he helped diagnose and immediately got a HVAC tech he knew to come look at the problem. The tech he recommended came immediately and resolved the issue while also explaining everything and helped go into detail about other possible problems. He did all this and instead of charging(which he absolutely had every right to as he had came out and performed the service call), he said to not worry about it and pass it on to the HVAC tech coming. This is the type of business and professionalism we should make sure sticks around and gets business in the future. I definitely know who I will be calling.
