We have used DLS on a few occasions and are always impressed. They are good communicators, have great people (this time it was Mike R and Nikki), do good work, are tidy and pleasant to deal with. As an owner of a trades company I know how hard it is to find good people who can relate to others and perform high quality work. I am impressed by how consistently DLS does exactly this.
I want to specifically note it was Mike R and Nikki who were on the job. It's a joy to see people enjoying their work and being proud of what they do. Wonderfully skilled tradespeople and happy and pleasant people!
Came back from vacation. Half the electrical circuits in our house in London were working, and half were not. Called DLS Electric, and Amy was helpful from the beginning. Amy mentioned it may be an issue that London Hydro had to resolve. They considered and helped me directly by contacting London Hydro.
This was a great customer service experience, and shows that they are care about helping out. Thanks again!
