I was expecting paperwork in the mail - not email - about the final transaction of the sale of our house. I do not have a printer available. Can you mail me the last statement? I was disappointed in the communication. It all seem to be so black and white as far as procedures are concerned. I had to take initiatives to communicate and get things done. I was disappointed in not having a personal conversation about the estate planning after selling our home. I expected that you would value our business, but nobody cared to set up an appointment.
