This is a great store, full of treasures new and old. I could have spent much longer wandering around. It feels a bit like poking around in Grandma's attic but without the mothballs, dust and spiders. I found some beautiful pottery - one new piece and one previously enjoyed in perfect condition. Great selection of greeting cards too. A great place to find a gift. Thanks very much!

If I could give this business zero stars I would. I highly suggest that you do not place any online orders from the company, unless you want to be caused stressed. Furthermore the owner does not respect the customers who support their small business. I suggest you don't respond to my honest review with the same unprofessional and rude tone you had with me this morning. Otherwise you'll leave me with no other option but to give a breakdown of the events that took place. Stay away and shop elsewhere. You won't regret it! Edit* It seems the owner enjoys lying too. You claimed you don't respond to emails in the evening, yet you had plenty of time to reply to this review at night. Shipping & Communication Issues: I ordered a Michael Jackson Moonwalker book. The website indicated shipping via Canada Post, yet I began receiving mysterious emails from UPS listing a "Tiffany H" as the sender rather than the business. Because the name didn't match the shop, I initially feared it was a scam. Despite the site promising Canada Post, the order was sent via UPS. On Thursday, UPS claimed the package was delivered and signed for at a "front desk." My building does not have a front desk. When I tried to reply to the shipping confirmation email to resolve this, it bounced back as undeliverable. I eventually found an alternative email and sent them my concerns. I also filed a UPS claim. Suddenly, tracking showed the package was in Ajax, but then showed it was ready for pickup at a Staples in London, ON (where the shop is located). Nothing made sense. Hostile Customer Service: Since the original email failed, I used the site’s contact form to resend my message, noting the situation seemed fraudulent. Hours later, the owner called and was immediately hostile. She snapped that as a small business owner, she doesn’t respond to evening emails, ironic, since she responded to my review after 10 PM. When I said I understood, she mockingly barked, "Do you? Do you?" She defensively insisted she used the correct address and blamed me without asking questions. I had to ask her to stop talking so I could explain that while the address was correct, UPS delivered it elsewhere. She rudely stated she would look into it or issue a refund and that I need to stop referring to her business as fraudulent. Had I not been heading to a meeting, I would have addressed her disgusting behavior on the spot. No Follow-Up, No Apology: The shop closes at 6:00 PM on Fridays. By 5:56 PM, I had received zero updates. I emailed requesting a refund. The response was a blunt "Refund issued". No apology for the headache, the shipping error, or the lack of communication. The owner has since lied in her responses, claiming she provided updates and apologies. I have uploaded the email thread as proof that this is false. The refund was only issued because I requested it. I have since purchased the item from a reputable company instead. Shop elsewhere.
